Unique PafBag designs engineered for lifting gas cylinders up to height with acceptable levels of safety and facility. No compromises!

The half bellows closure mechanism at the top of the bag is designed to fit snugly around the top of the cylinder at the base of the valve set, enabling safe storage and use of the cylinder within the bag without a build up of gas. Optional ventilation and drainage holes can be provided on request.

The two Lifting slings connected through the PEWAG Marine Grade Master Link are elongated to accommodate the valve set. Double slings provide 100% redundancy - double strength and load security.

The load is fully encapsulated using one or multiple PafBag Ring Slings. These are double wrapped, full strength polyester slings, captured onto but not sewn to the lifting slings to provide massive strength across the seams and prevent the cylinder from bursting through the side of the bag during a tipping incident.

As with all our bags, a 5mm thick, impact resistant internal base plate protects the lifting sling from the cylinder. And a further 5mm thick External Hard Tray of the same HDPE provides excellent protection and abrasion resistance from the outside. This means there is 10mm of HDPE between the cylinder and the ground or platform.
